Membership Growth and Activation
The program welcomed over 113,000 new registered members, bringing total registered membership to over 527,000. Monthly active members averaged over 305,000, representing a double-digit increase compared to 2024 and contributing to broader adoption across the network.
Loyalty penetration reached over 42%, continuing to outperform traditional convenience benchmarks as digital loyalty becomes increasingly standard for fuel and foodservice guests.

Digital behaviors accelerated in 2025, with weekly active app users increasing over 30% year-over-year. Gamification continued to differentiate MyWeigel’s Rewards, led by the Weigel’s Arcade, which recorded over 2.3 million game plays during the year.
Gamified engagement not only drove consistent digital touchpoints but also supported reactivation, retention, and frequency—adding behavioral depth to a category historically driven by transaction-only loyalty mechanics.
