NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Weigel’s City Limits Jack Link’s for a Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on March 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 4, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Weigel’s Stores, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Jack Link’s, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:
a. Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants who are registered MyWeigel’s Rewards members and make a qualifying purchase of any Jack Link’s product at a participating Weigel’s location will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants must scan their MyWeigel’s Rewards membership at the time of purchase for the entry to be recorded.
b. Points Redemption Entry: Participants can redeem MyWeigel’s Rewards points within the Weigel’s mobile app to receive additional entries into the Sweepstakes. The number of points required per entry will be specified in the app and may vary during the promotion period.
c. Mail-in Entry: To enter without making a purchase or redeeming points, handprint your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” index card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 4, 2025, and received by May 7, 2025, to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES:
There is a limit of one (1) purchase-based entry per person per day. Participants may earn additional entries through point redemption in the MyWeigel’s app. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per envelope, with no bulk submissions allowed. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail-in entries.
5. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize: The winner will receive Jack Link’s products for a year, valued at $2,500.
The prize will be awarded in the form of Jack Link’s products, vouchers, or Weigel’s gift cards redeemable for Jack Link’s products, at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their MyWeigel’s Rewards account or provided in the mail-in entry. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor, Jack Link’s, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or receipt of a prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Tennessee.
