Weigel’s Recognizes Top Stores in Loyalty Penetration Rate Contest

At Weigel’s, building customer connections is at the heart of everything we do, and our recent Loyalty Penetration Rate Contest showcased the incredible efforts of our store teams in driving loyalty engagement. This contest celebrated the stores that consistently hit—and exceeded—our weekly loyalty penetration rate targets, earning entries into a drawing for some truly exciting prizes.

Celebrating Consistency and Excellence

Over the course of 31 weeks, stores competed to meet our loyalty goals, demonstrating their dedication to growing customer engagement through the MyWeigel’s Rewards program. Four stores—61, 76, 98, and 99—achieved an incredible milestone, qualifying all 31 weeks of the contest! Their commitment to excellence and consistency set a new standard for what’s possible.

Grand Prizes That Excite and Inspire

Stores earned one entry each week they met our loyalty penetration rate goal. At the end of the contest, we brought together qualifying loyalty all-stars for an exciting prize event.

  • Cruises: Three winners—Roland R. (Store 78)Granvul R. (Store 91), and Cindy S.—were awarded luxury cruise packages after being drawn from the pool of entries.
  • Side-by-Side: For the grand prize, eligible store representatives participated in a thrilling key challenge hoping their key unlocked the safe that held the keys to a Polaris side-by-side. Jeramy B. (Store 76) was the lucky winner, taking home the ultimate reward for their team’s dedication.
Each prize was a well-deserved reward for the dedication and teamwork that drove their success.
