This opening marks an exciting milestone as we bring our very first store to Elizabethton, continuing our growth across East Tennessee. Strong community support and local leadership were present at the celebration, highlighting Weigel’s deep commitment to serving and investing in the neighborhoods we join.

Local officials, including Elizabethton Mayor Bill Carter and Mayor Pro-Tem Michael Simerly, joined Weigel’s leadership to cut the ribbon and officially welcome Store #106 to the community. In a show of appreciation, Weigel’s presented donation checks to both the Elizabethton Police Department and the Elizabethton Fire Department—continuing our tradition of supporting first responders and reinforcing our long-standing commitment to public safety and community partnerships.
